Palm City Oasis Shopping Centre

Colliers International were appointed as Managers of the centre in 1999, and worked with the owners to redevelop the centre, increasing it’s retail space and relocation of many of the tenants, to bring a huge increase in value prior to it’s sale in 2003 to AMP Capital Investors.

Colliers continue to be actively involved in the management and leasing of the centre, and are working on a major upgrade of the external finishes, and a re-mix of specialty tenants to ensure the Centre continues to succeed.

Energy House

Colliers International were appointed as the Managers of Energy House in 2001.

Colliers have overseen a range of capital works at Energy House, working closely with owners, tenants and contractors to ensure minimal interruption to the functions of the building. All capital works have been carried out with tenants in place, thus maintaining the income stream on the property.
