1971- Blowers and Lowe (Mooloolaba)

Following the recent announcement to establish operations on the Sunshine Coast, Colliers International have acquired the business interests of prominent Mooloolaba real estate firm, Blowers and Lowe.

Blowers and Lowe in Mooloolaba have been operating since 1971 and have established an excellent reputation in residential sales and property management.

Former owner and principle Ian Ash said he was extremely confident that the regional strengths of Colliers International would compliment their existing services and add value to their extensive client base.

2004 - Colliers moves into new office

Our expanded workforce necessitated a move to larger premises on the corner of Smith and Walan Streets, Mooloolaba. We took the opportunity to significantly upgrade our fitout and facilities. Colliers changes its name (2002)

In 2002 Colliers Macaulay Nicolls Inc ("CMN") acquires an additional 50% interest in Colliers Jardine Holding Ltd., resulting in their full ownership. The new company reverted to the old name of Colliers International.
